Well it’s been a while, I’ve been working on my book and it’s been tricky getting it all together. Here are a couple of this, first is something of many things which will be going up on the website soon which I hope you like. The second is a picture of the band This Time Next Year, who i did their CD artwork for, and they have printed some of it on the drum head, which looks super sweet. Check them out too…worth a listen. Oh..and Karl…paint lots and just take photos that match up and you’ll be set…then just set them up nicey and you’ll win.

We went to the Mortuary gallery today. Jarred specimens of body parts and organs scattered the walls and it was pretty intense. Feet, hands, brains, lungs etc. I drew one of the hands. I wish there was more time to look and draw but hey. Mindsnare show tomorrow night!

Tonight I’ve been looking at some of the illustrations of Josh Hoye. Some really nice stuff he has over at his blog.
He was also in an interview over at Design Inspiration.

I went over to do some final touch ups on our English discussion tonight. Good times.

So just to start it off, the other day i spent about 40 minutes doodling up a dodgy little letterset that might be fun to play with in the future. This by no means has any technicality like an actual font but still might be cool. If you want them, leave a comment and I can send you high res versions. Some real art will come in the next posts.
